◆ Reserved seat reservations may only be added or changed by the passenger a total of 28 times for a single reservation.
◆ Handling fees are applied for refunds after payment has been processed, even when immediately after the reservation is made.
* Not refundable or extendable once use has begun or the first specified train has departed.
◆ Reservations for parties of two or more are limited to use of the same section, train or facility. Each person in your party is required to carry their passport.

◆ Trains that cannot be searched for on the JR-WEST ONLINE TRAIN RESERVATION website are not available for seat reservations.

Make sure to pick up your ticket by the start date above. Be advised that tickets cannot be picked up after the start date, regardless of date the specified train is to be boarded.

* If you board the train without your ticket, you will be required to purchase a full-price ticket to your destination.
